Customer Content (images, videos and other material the Customer uploads to display on their screens). Technical data from connected devices (device identifier, IP address, connection status, software version, remote screenshots and activity logs, required for the monitoring, support and remote management features that are part of the Service). Website usage data (pages visited, interactions and analytics data, collected through cookies and similar technologies — see section 11).
4. Purpose of Processing
We use personal data to: provide, operate and maintain the Service, including remote device monitoring and content management; manage accounts, authentication, roles and permissions within the platform; provide technical support and communicate about the status of the Service; process payments and billing; improve the platform through aggregate usage analysis; and comply with legal and contractual obligations.

We process personal data based on the performance of the service contract with the Customer, the consent given (for example, for non-essential cookies), compliance with legal obligations, and LediaSign's legitimate interest in maintaining the security and proper functioning of the platform.
6. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with: cloud infrastructure and storage providers required to operate the Service; payment processors (Pagomedios, by Abitmedia S.A.); support, analytics or communication tools (transactional email, customer service), under confidentiality agreements; and competent authorities, when there is a legal obligation to do so.
7. International Transfers
Since LediaSign's cloud infrastructure may be hosted on servers outside Ecuador (e.g. [CLOUD PROVIDER REGION, e.g. AWS us-east-1]), personal data may be transferred internationally. In such cases, LediaSign will adopt reasonable contractual and technical measures to ensure an adequate level of protection, in accordance with the LOPDP.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal data while the Customer's account is active and for a reasonable additional period after termination of the contract, in order to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and allow the export of Customer Content. After that period, the data is securely deleted or anonymized.
9. Data Subject Rights
Under the LOPDP, data subjects may exercise the following rights: Access (know what personal data we hold about you). Rectification (correct inaccurate or outdated data). Cancellation / deletion (request the deletion of your data, except where there is a legal obligation to keep it). Objection (object to certain processing of your data). Portability (request your data in a structured, commonly used format). These rights may be exercised by writing to [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We will respond within the deadlines established by applicable law.
10. Information Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, including password encryption, role-based access control, and infrastructure monitoring. No system is 100% infallible, so LediaSign continuously works to improve its security practices.
11. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The LediaSign website and platform use: (a) essential cookies for their operation (session, language and active company); and (b) third-party measurement and advertising cookies and technologies: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Microsoft Clarity. With them we measure the use of the site and platform, the effectiveness of our campaigns and events such as sign-up, trial activation, linking a screen and subscribing to a plan. To associate these events with an account we use an internal pseudonymous user identifier (it is not your name or email, but it is linked to your account); we do not send these providers your email address, password or card details. These providers may process data such as your IP address, device and pages visited under their own privacy policies, and some may be located outside Ecuador. Third-party measurement and advertising cookies are only activated if you accept them in the cookie banner when entering the site; if you choose “Essential only” they are not loaded. You can change your decision by clearing the site data in your browser, and manage or delete cookies from its settings.
12. Minors
The Service is aimed at companies and professionals and is not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors through the platform.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify material changes by email or within the platform, indicating the date of the last update at the top of this document.
